1. Competitor Insights:
Please share any applicable competitors by domain or brand name. We would recommend limiting this to 3-5 core competitors as a starting point and have added a selection proactively already which can be revised / amended.
2. Commercial Metrics where applicable:
Access to any / 1st party data tools you wish to integrate directly with BoldLens eg. CRM or commercial data.
We have experience integrating with a range of commercial platforms, both custom and off the shelf eg. Salesforce / Oracle / Adobe. Specifically, we're keen to learn and understand how you measure success as a business and can work with you during the onboarding process to mirror this funnel directly into the BoldLens platform.
Whilst we work towards a deeper database level integration for your commercial metrics eg. revenue, in our experience we would recommend starting with basic channels eg. Google Analytics to monitor basic KPIs (details below).
3. Google Analytics (GA4):

Choose the permission level (role) to grant the user. This only needs to be ‘Full’ user level of access.
Save your changes.
5. Meta (Facebook and Instagram):
You can provide BoldLens access to your Facebook & Instagram assets via the standard agency access model from Facebook. There are multiple ways / methods of achieving this dependent on your user setup – we recommend providing access via your Meta/Facebook Business account by following the steps below:
Your business ID corresponds to your Meta Business Manager. You may need your business ID when you share access to information such as monthly invoices or a Meta pixel. Steps to find your business ID:
Go to Business settings.
Click Business info.
Below Business Manager info, you'll see your ID number.
Share the ID with BoldLens. Our Meta Business ID is 167733798208653
6. Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger)
Go to Business settings.
Below Users, click Partners.
Click Add. Select Give a partner access to your assets.
Enter your partner's business ID (167733798208653). Click Next.
Choose the business assets that you want to assign to your partner. For each asset, choose the level of access to give them: full control or partial access. If assigning partial access, choose which tasks you want your partner to work on.
